Personal Assistant CEO & Project Coordinator

We’re looking for someone who runs small projects end-to-end, anticipates what’s next, and represents 8008 with warmth and professionalism in every interaction.

What you’ll own:

  • Production & project coordination — photoshoots, mini events, on-set logistics from A to Z
  • Travel & hospitality logistics — thoughtful schedules and touchpoints that feel considered
  • Vendor, casting & offers — liaising, negotiating, securing the best fit
  • Merchandise & research — on time, on budget, on brand
  • CEO right hand — prep, follow-ups, removing friction before it becomes a problem

You bring:

Fluent German and English. Based in CET (+/- 1). Proven experience in project coordination, production, events, hospitality, or executive assistance. Confidence with ClickUp and MS 365. A hands-on mindset, an eye for detail, and the instinct to pick up the phone and the slack.

We offer:

~10–20h/week (flex around peaks), mostly remote with occasional on-site days, fair hourly rate, direct collaboration with our CEO, and long-term partnership potential.
