In sports, and especially in yoga and pilates, one thing is relatively clear. Strong abdominal muscles – the core or powerhouse – are the basis for all other positions, exercises or whatever you call them. The Purpose has a similar function. The stronger the Purpose, the more flexible the company can act without “falling apart” or losing its identity and credibility.
And best of all: Once established, the Purpose has a strength that does not have to be maintained every day. It only has to be used sensibly in practice. So in other words an indestructible six-pack.
